At the meeting a need for a concerted effort in addressing problems such as insecurity of resource tenure; inadequate education facilities; inadequate human and livestock, was realized. The Meeting however, realized that there was a need for a larger meeting with all Pastoralist NGOs and service providers to pastoralist communities.
